Weeks Of Summer: Part 7

The kids and I went to Pack Meeting for Ethan's Scout Troop while Jeff was out of town. They had it at the Nature Center and did a fun scavenger hunt that all the kids thought was the best thing ever.
Our neighbors had passes to the Boise Open that they weren't going to use and they kindly gave them to us. We took the kids but didn't watch much golf since there were so many other fun things going on. We gorged ourselves on hot dogs, chips & guacamole, ice cream sandwiches, snow cones, and drinks and the boys played several games that were set up. We saw the Oscar Meyer Weenie Mobile and the Peanut car and waited in line FOREVER to get their faces painted. At that point Jeff & Olivia went in search of some golf to watch while I waited with the boys for their turn. By the end of it all we had two Super Spidermen and one Zombie/Skeleton.
Owen LOVED his facepaint, but his favorite part was that we got to ride a real schoolbus from the parking place and back.
Then we went to my sister's new house and she watched all 4 kids while Jeff & I went to dinner together.
The biggest change in our lives is our latest move. We packed up and left the little blue house that we loved and we are staying with my parents for a bit. We are building a home and it will be done in the next few months, so for now we are back in Emmett.
Last night we went to the park and it was Olivia's first time on the swings. She giggled the whole time, it was so cute!
Ethan and Kamden did a lot of karate chopping and battled the swings...I'm pretty sure they were victorious.
