November is always a CrazyBusy month with 2 birthdays, an anniversary, & Thanksgiving. On the 3rd we celebrated Stoker's big 31 with a Nacho Bar & an Oreo ice cream cake made by yours truly & of course we watched the BSU Bronco game.
Kristen & the kiddos were in town & we all enjoyed an enthusiastic game of Settlers...however I'm pretty sure that "enthusiastic" doesn't describe my niece Kylie's first experience with the game & the boredom is what caused her water to break the next day...
I dish up the cake while Kelsey chit chats with her then-boyfriend what's-his-name...
They have since broken up...
Emily had a great time cleaning up after her doggy, Austin...
...who graciously left a little pile of treats under the table that I mistook for guacamole & tried wiping up with a napkin.
Then, upon discovering what it actually was, we broke out the Lysol & paper towels.
The next day we were all thrilled to hear that Kylie was in labor & the arrival of my very first Great Niece was imminent.
We all thought it was perfect timing since Kristen was still in town, but the labor was long & little Braylee Rae Snow didn't make her arrival until a day later.

She is the sweetest little babe & seeing her brought back memories of the day not so long ago when I was 8 years old & held Kylie the very first time. It's a bit strange being a Great Aunt before you're 30, but I've got no complaints!
Owen & I dropped by while Jeff was at work & the boys were in school, then we all went back later that evening. On the way up in the elevator I told Jeff to be careful because Braylee was so cute she just might make him want another baby.
He prepared himself to resist her adorable-ness & when I asked Owen if he wanted one of those he said
"No, I want a GIANT one!"
Everyone is pretty smitten with her, but how could you not be?
It's crazy to think that I've done Kylie & Stew's engagement photos, wedding photos, maternity pics, & now photographed their sweet baby.
Five days later we celebrated Kamden's 6th birthday with lots of family & a Make-Your-Own-Pizza party.
Kamden wanted an Avengers cake this year & we did our best to make that happen, although if you look closely it appears that Captain America is giving Hulk a piggyback ride...
That morning he opened his presents & he had wanted several of the SpiderMan characters, I love the look on his face as he opened the black SpiderMan...
On the last day of school before Thanksgiving break all of the Kindergarteners gathered for a feast. Each of the kids was assigned an item to bring to contribute & Kamden was supposed to take carrots. He wasn't happy about that & kept telling me how much he doesn't like them. I told Kamden that he didn't have to eat them, they were to share. I showed him right where they were in his backpack & told him to give them to his teacher as soon as he got to school.
When he got home, they were still in his backpack.
I'm not sure if he forgot intentionally or not...but I see a carrot on his plate in the picture, so he ended up with them anyway.
The boys got out of school the Thursday before Thanksgiving & we spent this year in Declo. Monday-Wednesday we stayed in a hotel in Burley while Jeff was working & spent the remainder of the week at his parents' house where we had a great Thanksgiving feast & spent lots of time with family...unfortunately I didn't take any pictures but we did have a fun time & the boys especially didn't want to leave. The day before Thanksgiving was mine & Jeff's 9th Anniversary, which is hard to believe but also seems like a short time compared to how it feels like we've always been together...if that makes sense. I am so grateful for him, for the good man that he is, for the great times we have together & that he is so good to me.
When he got home, they were still in his backpack.
I'm not sure if he forgot intentionally or not...but I see a carrot on his plate in the picture, so he ended up with them anyway.
I am blessed.
We went to dinner at a cute restaurant in Rupert before going to see the final film in the Twilight saga...which was good, but also hilarious in an unintentional kind of way.
I did take a few pictures of Lauren's baby shower, here she is with her cute round belly & the swimsuit I got for our newest little niece. She is due any day now & we are looking forward to meeting her!
Then it was home on Saturday & back to school & work on Monday.
And that was our November.
